HandyTrail

Privacy policy

Last updated October 9, 2026. This policy explains how HandyTrail handles information when you visit the site or send a message.

Website operation

We use Hostinger and WordPress to provide the site. These systems may process IP addresses, browser details, and request logs to deliver pages, protect the website, and investigate technical problems. WordPress uses cookies for administrator login. We haven’t installed a separate audience analytics service.

Google advertising

Google AdSense code is installed on this website. That doesn’t mean the site has been approved or that ads are currently displayed. Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers to provide, measure, and protect advertising services.

Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this and other websites. Other vendors may also place or read cookies when ads are served. Advertising and personalization depend on the enabled services, regional requirements, and available consent choices.

Read how Google uses information from partner sites. Manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center, or learn about participating vendors’ opt-out options at YourAdChoices. These controls don’t necessarily stop all ads.

Consent and browser settings

Where a consent message is provided, use it to make or change your choices. Advertising cookies and personalization must follow applicable regional requirements. This policy doesn’t claim that a consent message is already configured, and reading it doesn’t count as consent.

Your browser may let you view, block, or delete cookies. Blocking them can affect website and advertising features. Use your browser’s instructions for those controls. Google’s own policies apply to its advertising settings.

Contact messages

The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message so the administrator can handle your inquiry. WordPress and the hosting mail service process the message for delivery. Don’t send sensitive personal information or identifiable laboratory reports.

To limit repeated submissions, the form temporarily stores a salted hash based on the request IP address for two minutes. This feature isn’t used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Use the contact page to request correction or deletion of information you’ve provided. Some security or legal records may need to be retained. A website message isn’t a private consultation about your household water.

Tools, fonts, and external links

The hardness converter runs in your browser. We don’t collect its input through the tool. The theme requests fonts from Google Fonts, which connects your browser to Google. Linked websites have their own privacy practices.

Updates and questions

We’ll update this notice when the site’s services change. Send privacy questions through the contact form. This notice isn’t a claim of legal certification, regulatory approval, or Google approval.
